(1) If for any reason the hole of the section needs to be changed, an application can be made to the office in the format prescribed by the department.
(2) After receiving the application as per sub-rule (1), if it is found possible to change the hole from a technical point of view, the office will change the hole by charging the fee as per schedule-2.
